When you submit a form on this site — an application, referral, waitlist signup, or contact message — we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, and the details relevant to that form (such as income source for applications, or organization for partner referrals).

We also use standard website analytics (Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your application, referral, or inquiry, and managing the housing process that follows. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are delivered to our business email and backed up to a private spreadsheet accessible only to Solara Pathways staff. We retain submissions only as long as needed for housing decisions and business records.

Referral Information

Partner referrals intentionally collect minimal client information — first name and last initial only — until we connect directly with the referring professional. Referring partners are responsible for having their client’s permission before submitting a referral.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing solarapathways@gmail.com. You can use this website without submitting any form.
